Radiologist

MD, MSc, PhD, EBCR

She works as a Radiologist in the CT-MRI Department of Mitera Hospital (Marousi, Athens- Greece) since 2009 and in the joined CT-MRI Department of Hygeia & Mitera Hospitals since 2011.

Graduated from the Medical School of Athens National and Kapodistrian University on 1999. She completed her Residency in Radiology and Interventional Radiology in the 2 nd Department of Radiology, in Attikon University Hospital (Athens-Greece).

She was trained in Cardiovascular Radiology in the United Kingdom. 

She holds a PhD Degree in “Multiparametric MR Imaging of the prostate gland” from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master’s Degree in Interventional Radiology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she is a Fellow of the European Board of Cardiac Radiology (EBCR).

She has a special clinical and research interest in Cardiovascular Imaging (including Cardiac MRI and CT Coronography), in Multiparametric MRI of the prostate gland and in female pelvis Imaging.

She is a founding member of the Subdivision of Cardiovascular Radiology of the Hellenic Radiological Society, a member of the European Society of Cardiovascular Radiology and other scientific societies.

She has participated in many conferences as an invited speaker and presenter of oral papers. She has also taken part in the writing of many original works and papers in Greek and foreign medical journals.
